Will Ace Self-Storage provide me with a lock?
No. Ace Self Storage does not provide locks as part of the monthly fee. The best locks designed for self-storage can be purchased in the office or you can bring your own.
Does Ace Self-Storage sell boxes or packing supplies?
For your convenience, Ace sells boxes, mattress covers and other storage supplies. We also have free pallets available for your use. While you are storing your property at Ace, you can also take advantage of our trash receptacle to dispose of items no longer wanted.
Is there a monthly invoice?
No, there is not a monthly statement. Just mail a check or pay by credit card or stop by the office and pay cash. Your payment due date and terms are outlined in your contract.
How do I make a payment?
You can mail a check, pay in person, call and provide a credit card, pay on-line, or set up automatic credit/debit card charge each month. This method avoids late fees.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, all rental agreements are month-to-month. Discounts are offered for pre-payment of long term rentals.
How do I notify you that I am moving out?
We ask for a 10-day notice of move out. As soon as you know please let us know. When you have removed all of your property and no longer need access to the gate, stop at the office or call us or complete the contact form. Your contract will be terminated upon notification.
Can I store my RV, motor home or boat at your facility?
No, Ace Self Storage does not provide outside storage for vehicles. Please call us for a referral.
Are there any restrictions as to what I can store?
Yes, there are legally defined restrictions for all self-storage companies to abide by. Some include, but are not limited to: inflammable or combustible materials, animals or animal products, perishable food, THC (marijuana) in any form, illegal or stolen goods, hazardous materials, and plants. Please contact us for more information or if you have specific questions.
Will Ace Self-Storage provide insurance or do I have to?
Ace Self-Storage recommends that you contact your homeowners insurance or we will provide a referral for storage insurance. We recommend insuring all of your valuables. Check with your home insurer to see if the items you place in storage will be covered by your domestic home contents policy. Please call us to find out more.
Do you charge set up and administrative fees?
No, Ace Self Storage does not charge administrative fees.
What access can I expect?
There is year-round gate access available 7 days per week, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Entrance is granted using a personal access code.
